Planned Issues

Planned Issues are raised from Planned Works Orders, either by Kit/Job Number or Part Number. The Works Orders will have been previously raised through the Reservations Module or automated MRP generation, and therefore all component parts will be on Picking Lists, waiting to be issued. The Planned Issue module allows stores to quickly issue the stock to a job rather than having to key in every part, line by line.


Un-Planned Issues
For all other issues (or credits) to and from stores, the Un-Planned Issues module allows

Stock Issues
Stock Credits
Stock Adjustments
Stock Transfer (between stores locations)

Stock Transfer also has the added feature of Suggested Transfer module, which analyses usage in any given store and produces a "suggested" stock transfer list to and from the Main Stores. Ideal for automatic replenishment of other stock locations.


Perpetual Inventory
An independant module to support the Perpetual Inventory rules different clients apply to performing stock checks. This controls what Parts, Product Groups or  Stock Locations are getting checked and their frequency etc.


Cost Centres
All issues (and receipts) for Jobs are held within a Work-In-Progress file, so that WIP Valuation can be achieved on a "live" basis. Cost Centres allow Jobs to be broken down into relevant accountancy sections if needed.


Reporting
Kit/Job Number detailed Reports, Part Number Detailed Reports, Work-In-Progress analysis, Outstanding WIP / JOB Costing, and Turnover are just some of the standard features available (either PDF or EXCEL)
